Town of Babylon Italian Food Festival

Councilman Anthony Manetta and Town Clerk Gerry Compitello are excited to invite the community to Babylon Town Hall for the first ever Italian Food Festival, set to take place on Saturday, May 11th from 12-5 PM. This celebration aims to bring together food lovers and families for an afternoon filled with delicious cuisine, captivating live music, and a dive into the rich Italian heritage of Babylon Town past and present.
Attendees will have the chance to indulge in an array of authentic Italian dishes as local food vendors showcase their best offerings. The event will also feature live performances from popular bands and DJs. Adding a unique touch, the Lafamiglia Cadillac Club will display some of their classic cars. Inside the Town Board Room, guests can immerse themselves in the history of Italian immigrants in the Town of Babylon, learning about their significant contributions to the community.
Admission to the festival is free, though guests are encouraged to bring a donation of pasta and sauce. For convenience, additional parking and a shuttle bus service will be available at Lindenhurst Train Station. With something for everyone, this event promises to be a delightful celebration of culture, cuisine, and community.
